Pay Scale: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience + Bonuses & Benefits

Work Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday; On-call rotation schedule with some evenings and weekends as necessary, overtime paid on daily basis not weekly

Position Overview: To provide repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems; offering the customer a high-quality experience. Provides feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.
 

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

• Pass background check 

• 6 months + experience as a preventive maintenance trainee or combination of education and experience

• Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for a wide range of HVAC equipment

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints

• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for a customer

• Commitment to developing customer service & communication skills

• Demonstrate a willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment

• Willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes

• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given

• Organized and able to work independently and as a team

• Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance
   

Qualifications Desired:

• HVAC Trade School Certification

• Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings

• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude

• Unloading/loading truck

• Insulate duct

• Ability to Install Ductwork

• Ability to Install Supply and Return runs

• Ability to fill out a daily timecard accurately

• Ability to work independently and as a team

• Ability to carry 100 pounds with assistance

• Possesses both written and verbal English language skills

• Ability to acquire EPA certification

Position Overview: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards; providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining excellence and timely job performance.
 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Pass background check 

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

• 3 + years of HVAC installation experience; Journeyman's License desired

• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems

• Ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions

• Proficient in installing Gas Pipe

• Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe

• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems

• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company

• Organized with good communication skills

• Willingness to attended training classes and seminars

• Ability to train and supervise others; Prior HVAC training experience preferred

• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings

• Must be able to lift and carry 100 lbs.
